Acupuncture- RMT

Red Light Therapy Photobiomodulation added to your RMT treatment. 

Combining red light therapy (RLT) with massage therapy creates a synergistic effect that amplifies the benefits of each treatment, primarily for enhanced pain relief, accelerated healing, and deeper relaxation. 

Red and near-infrared light penetrate the skin and are absorbed by mitochondria, the powerhouses of the cell. 
Increased ATP: This absorption stimulates the mitochondria to produce more adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the main energy currency of the cell. 
PBM can also modulate other cellular functions, such as increasing calcium levels, activating signaling pathways, and promoting anti-inflammatory responses. 

RLT PBM can help with 
Cellular Repair
Wound healing: Can accelerate the healing of wounds and muscle tissues. 
Pain and inflammation: Helps reduce inflammation and pain associated with injuries by promoting blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

Dry brushing exfoliation not only removes dry and dehydrated skin cells but also boosts circulation and drains the lymphatic system. Your skin will feel smooth and you'll be left feeling fresh and energized. Dry brushing is followed by massage therapy. 
At the end of your massage, take your dry brush home with you for some at-home self care. 

Not recommended for inflamed (eczema), or sunburned skin.

Dry Brush Lymphatic- Registered Massage Therpay

Regsitered Massage Therapist uses Indie head massage techniques, acupuncture, acupressure, heat/cold hyrdrotherapy, and optional use of peppermint essential oil to help aid in relief of headache symptoms.

Indie Head + Registered Massage Therapy

This treatment is completely unique with its blending of several forms of therapy, such as Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, acupressure, Thai yoga massage, and most importantly, Thai hot stems. The stems are filled with organic herbs grown and harvested with care in Thailand, and when are applied to the body the oil from the herbs are pressed into the skin to promote detoxification, pain relief, and decrease inflammation. At the end of your treatment you will be given your set of stems to take home with you to use them in a bath, to steam them for a spot treatment or just to enjoy the exotic aroma.

Gentle stretches, and Indie head massage techniques applied.

Thai Herbal Stem + Indie Head Registered Massage Therapy

60 minutes of Massage Therapy followed by 30 Minutes of Himalayan salt scrub a mineral rich exfoliation containing over 80 trace minerals, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium, which help nourish and rejuvenate the body. Treatment followed by application of heated towels.  Lavender and peppermint essential oils.
